We are back with another episode of COTRI Talks! In episode 8 we return to the GITF Guangzhou International Travel Fair Conference from August 6th. This time we listen to the panel two discussion on new trends with a particular focus on the Greater Bay Area. For this panel we hear from Anita Chan (Hong Kong), Stephanie Heydolph (Hong Kong) and Prof. Markus Schuckert (USA).
A great concentration on the awareness that customer needs and travel expectations have changed, particularly due to the pandemic, so when outbound tourism from China begins again, it is vital we know the wants and needs of the visitors.
